How To Cook Bok Choy For Pho?

  • 1 bunch of bok choy
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. Cut off the bottom of the bok choy and separate the leaves.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the bok choy leaves to the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they are wilted.
  6. Drizzle the soy sauce over the bok choy and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the bok choy is cooked to your liking.
