How To Make Chili Oil For Pho?


  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce


  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
